Her signature academic lecture introduces the Racialized Hierarchy of Needs™ as a framework for understanding how historical and structural conditions can become biologically embedded.

Lectures can be adapted for undergraduate, graduate, and professional audiences in public health, sociology, African American studies, social work, nursing, women's studies, and related disciplines. Virtual and in-person formats are available.
